Whilst we have provided an overview of what’s available to you as a Skin Within franchise partner in this prospectus, there’s nothing quite like a conversation to really understand if the opportunity is right for you and if you are a great match for our brand. We believe it’s important that you know who you will be partnering with. So, your franchise meetings will take place with our founder, Anna Reese-Eggert. To start the ball rolling, and to provide Anna with a little bit of your background, please book a Zoom call via Calendly, our online booking system. This is a no-obligation, 30mins conversation where we can answer your initial questions.

Application Form

Non-Disclosure Agreement

The next stage requires some important online paperwork to be completed. Our Franchisee Application Form and a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

The Franchisee Application Form is a great opportunity for you to share with us your personal details, skills, qualities, and attributes along with your employment/business experience, and personal financial statement. We will also ask you for your franchise location preference and what your expectations are as a potential franchisee of our business.

As we will be sharing confidential knowledge, information, and material with you as part of our discussions and negotiations, you will be required to sign a Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) at this point. This NDA is a legally-binding agreement between Skin Within Aesthetics and you.

Discovery Meeting

Clinic Meeting

If your application is successful, we’ll invite you to our clinic in Poole for a face-to-face meeting or, if that’s not possible, a video call. Here we’ll show you around the clinic so you can see what it expected of yours and also, take some time to dive deeper into your reasons for wanting to become a franchisee and the vision you have for your aesthetics and skincare clinic business.

We’ll talk about everything from the day-to-day running of a clinic, to the financials and all the training, support and guidance we can offer you. We’ll also share the details of our business in more detail and you can ask more questions.

‘Warts and All’

Meeting & Clinic Viewing

This ‘Warts and All’ meeting is, believe it or not, designed to try and put you off investing in our franchise, or at least ensure you have a full understanding of what it really takes to make a success of a Skin Within clinic and for us both to be confident that being a franchisee is right for you.

Ideally, we’d like this to take place at the proposed location for your clinic. We can offer advice and direction on the required standards and how best to set up your space to give your patients the best experience.

Franchisee’s Pitch

One aspect of running and owning a thriving and successful clinic is knowing how you are going to achieve your goal. Carrying out your own market research and developing a business plan will support you in understanding this and in making your final decisions about the franchise.

The Franchisee’s Pitch is your opportunity to present your business plan to us. We want to know how you plan to launch and grow your business, your strategies around customer acquisition and retention, how you are to finance and manage your business and here about your market research findings.

Deposit &

Pre-franchise Agreement Meeting

Assuming both parties agree to move forward at this point, the next step is for us to share with you the full details of the Skin Within Franchise Agreement and for you to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your allocated territory.

We also encourage you to review the legal documentation with a lawyer who specialises in franchise agreements.

Financials

If we both believe we have the foundations of a great business partnership, this is the stage where we will offer you a franchise and draw up a final payment agreement which requires the balance to be paid eight weeks before you commence your training Once we’ve both signed on the dotted line, we can shake hands and welcome you to the Skin Within family and start your exciting new venture with our support and guidance!
