Six Pioneering Franchisees

In every franchise network, there is someone who has led the way for others, the pioneering franchisee! The individual who identified the opportunity and grasped it with both hands. The person who saw the potential, and the challenge as ‘just the thing’ they had been looking for, and for whom becoming the company’s first franchisee was an exciting prospect.

However, unlike other pilot franchisee opportunities, at Skin Within Aesthetics you won’t be going it alone

We are looking for not one, but up to six pioneering franchisees to join us and become our Founding Franchisees. To take our proven model and concept, based on an aesthetics and skincare business with many years of successful trading, to new heights.

Our first six franchisees will not only join our emerging franchise and become their own boss with the comfort of our team behind them, all the while limiting their exposure, but also have the chance to share the experience of starting their aesthetic and skincare businesses together. They will be trained at the same time, form a supportive network with each other from the beginning, benefit from the collective learnings and wisdom of the group and open their clinics within a similar timeframe.
The success of our Founding Franchisees is paramount, so they can also expect:

Focused one-to-one support from the Skin Within team to ensure they have all the training, resources and mentoring to get their business launched and trading successfully.

A reduced investment level to that of future franchisees that is lower than if you were setting up independently, yet with the multitude of benefits, support, and cost savings available.

As a brand with group purchasing power, we can negotiate better pricing and access more tailored product training. We will also carry out on-going product and treatment research to ensure we are offering the best solutions to our patients.

As an emerging franchise we can be more flexible than the bigger brands and introduce new products and treatments quickly, and be one of the first to offer them to our patients. We can also invest in several of the latest machine technologies, often unaffordable by the independent clinic owner, and provide our patients with much sought-after solutions offered by the bigger brands.

Whilst the Skin Within team bring years of experience in all areas of the business, and we will have procedures and guidelines to follow, our Founding Franchisees will play a key role in helping us perfect the franchise model and help us drive growth by providing valuable ideas and feedback.

Who are we

Looking For?

As a Founding Franchisee, we believe you are a special type of person. A medically-qualified healthcare professional who is willing to learn along the way. A nurse, doctor, dentist, or pharmacist with two or more years’ experience as a practitioner in their field, who can work with a more fluid situation, where changing and adapting to unforeseen circumstances is a welcome part of business development. This is often something health professionals excel at within the healthcare setting and we will help you successfully navigate this in your clinic business.

A medical professional with an entrepreneurial itch who is looking to develop their own thriving business with the support, expertise, and experience of the Skin Within team. Or a medical professional who is also a newly qualified aesthetics practitioner, looking to bridge the theory-practice gap and be part of a proven model without the all-too-common headaches that take you away from patient time and driving your business forward.

Someone who sees themselves as an integral partner in the development of the Skin Within Aesthetics’ franchise system

Be looking to stay within the healthcare profession, treating patients on a one-to-one basis, without the appointment time pressures you may have been use to, whilst helping them look great, feel better and be more comfortable in their own skin, and see owning and operating a profitable aesthetics and skincare clinic as your next move.

Want to have flexible working. To take control of your life, have the freedom and independence to organise your own work schedule and create the work-life balance that suits your lifestyle.

Have the option of continuing elements of your current practice, i.e., some agency, bank or locum shifts which could potentially be coupled with the residual income of an aesthetician or therapist offering profitable machine treatments at this time.

Have a real desire to own and operate your own profitable business, either on a full, or part-time, basis and are looking for a proven, profitable model with business support and mentoring.

Be self-employed, so any effort you put into running your own business will impact you directly, rather than benefiting someone else. With your own franchise business, the more you put in, the more you get out, which is likely to feel far more rewarding and empowering.

Have an innate passion to offer excellent patient care and customer service.

A desire to work from home – most people have a room that can be suitable for use as a clinic room; a purpose-built or converted space in your garden – or offer aesthetics as an additional service from your existing business and have adequate and suitable space for a clinic.

You will have some prior business experience, profit and loss understanding and preferably some experience of sales … but none of these is essential as we have the experts to train and support you in these areas.

You will be a qualified prescriber. However, this is also not essential as we can look at providing or guiding you to prescribing services whilst supporting you achieve this qualification and skill set when the time is right.
